CLEANING SERVICES EXPLAINED
Move Out*: For those who are moving in or out! (Property must be empty)

We’re insured.
All professionals are experienced, background-checked, fully bonded, and come fully equipped to your appointment with premium cleaning supplies & equipment.

• Scrub and wipe down all counter tops and back-splash.
• Deep clean inside the microwave, fridge and oven.
• Clean and polish the exterior of all appliances.
• Wipe down inside and outside of all cabinets.
• Scrub and wipe down the stove top, dripping pans, racks.
• Degrease, wipe and polish the range hood, inside, outside, racks and pans.
• Clean the windows, sills and tracks.
• Clean under the stove if there is a drawer and under the stove and fridge if moved by the customer (it can break wires and pipes, so we ask to be moved if need to clean).
• Wipe down doors.
• Vacuum and mop the floors.
• Take out the trash and recycling.

• Scrub and wipe the tile, grout, shower doors and bathtub.
• Clean inside and outside the toilet bowl.
• Clean mirrors and light fixtures
• Clean inside and outside cabinets
• Wipe down doors
• Scrub and wipe down countertops, sinks and polish metals like faucets, holders
• Wipe down baseboards and vacuum and mop the floors
• Clean the windows, sills and tracks

• Removing cobwebs, dusting and wiping down horizontal surfaces (cupboards, shelves, closets and baseboards.

• Blinds wiping down (takes long, is fragile and subject to break).
• Walls spot cleaning (with water, soap and magic erasers, it has some limitations).

  • Handyman services (patching or filing holes, removing nails, painting, fixing things or unclog drains/tubs/toilets)
